These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website of Global Textile Solutions (GTS), and all services provided through this platform. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

GTS provides strategic workforce consulting services for textile mills through regional programs, onsite consultancy, training workshops, and knowledge transfer programs. All services are delivered as described under the “Services and Pricing” section and may be updated from time to time.

Our programs are available to textile mills across India and selected international locations. It is the responsibility of the participating mill to ensure readiness, participation, and commitment throughout the program.

• For regional programs, full payment must be made in advance to confirm participation.
• For onsite consultancy, a 50% advance payment is required. Final billing will reflect the number of days utilized.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, travel, lodging, DA and incidental expenses unless explicitly stated.

• Seats in regional programs are limited. Admission is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Mid-term enrollment in ongoing annual programs is not permitted.
• Onsite program dates will be mutually agreed upon based on availability.

• For the regional program, cancellations by clients after confirmation will be eligible for a 50% refund
• GTS reserves the right to reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such change will be communicated in advance.
• Those who are not able participate in the rescheduled date, refunds, if applicable, will be processed at GTS's sole discretion.
• For the onsite program, after receiving 50% advance, if the visit is postponed by GTS, the task may be rescheduled on mutually convenient dates.

All materials, frameworks, and program content shared during consulting engagements remain the intellectual property of Global Textile Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of business-sensitive and employee-related data shared during the course of consultancy. No data shall be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

While GTS strives to deliver high-value services, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the implementation or interpretation of our programs.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
