Our Founder and CEO, Shri. Kumaran, holds a master’s degree in textiles and brings over 33 years of rich experience from his work at SITRA (The South India Textile Research Association) in Coimbatore, India.
He served in the Labour Research and Training Centre, where he visited over 200 spinning mills across India. These field visits focused on evaluating operational systems and implementing scientifically refined work methods tailored to spinning mill environments.
He trained more than 4,000 operatives across various states, empowering workers with practical skills and process-based knowledge.
He also held responsibility in the Textile Physics Division, managing yarn and fabric labs for over a decade.
Now, as the driving force behind Global Textile Solutions, Shri. Kumaran combines decades of hands-on mill experience with research-grounded strategies to deliver scientific, systematic, and future-ready solutions.
