Event Inclusions

The program includes Hi-tea and a Complimentary Lunch. Note: This is a one-year program. Seats are limited and must be confirmed by full advance payment prior to program commencement.Mid-year enrollments are not permitted. The program is scheduled to commence in the last week of August 2025. Venue details and the exact date will be communicated to the registered mobile number and email one week in advance.

Last date for registration: 20 August 2025. Once the required number of participants is reached, registrations will be closed. Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

For the Program in Guntur

Mills from Andhra Pradesh may register using the form provided below. Once enough applications are received, selected mills will be notified for payment. If registrations are insufficient, applicants will be encouraged to opt for the Coimbatore program. Deadline for registration: On or before 30 July 2025.

Ideal for mills seeking full-scale, hands-on consultancy support to implement SWFP directly within their operations.

Scope of Work

• Performance Evaluation (4 Days): Comprehensive analysis of current operational gaps, workforce challenges, and their impact on productivity, quality, waste level, and cost. (Led by a 3-member expert team, 12-man days)
  
  
• SWFP Implementation (8 Days): Hands-on guidance and execution of the Smart Workforce Program, structured in phases across the year (2–3 days per visit, alternate months or quarterly). (Led by a 2-member expert team, 16-man days)
  
  ( NOTE: The onsite program is expected to commence in October 2025.)
  To ensure the most effective use of our resources and deliver focused support, our Onsite Program is prioritized for mills with over 50,000 spindles or groups of mills.
  
  Mills with less than 50,000 spindles are very much encouraged to explore our Regional Program, which is thoughtfully designed to provide the same high-quality expertise in a collaborative setting. This format allows us to serve with cost effective solution to a wider community.

Consulting Fees

• ₹21,000 per day – For a 2-member team*
• ₹31,000 per day – For a 3-member team*

The number of team members and total days may vary depending on mill capacity (spindles, rotors, workforce size, etc.).

Additional Notes

• Travel, accommodation (TA/DA), and incidental expenses are not included in the package fees.
• The schedule and fees are adjustable based on actual days of engagement.
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the engagement.

The above pricing for the onsite program is tentatively for 50,000-spindle mills.
